weird link behavior
weird link behavior
hey guys... some of the internal links take me to the wrong spot, but only when I ctrl-click to open the link in a new tab.

Re: weird link behavior
Thanks Kyle... what browser are you using? It works fine on chrome. Also, which link exactly?
Re: weird link behavior
I'm using Brave, and this link http://feelustrate.org/types.htm#reinforce takes me to the end of the "types" page, the picture of the dead tree. But only when I ctrl-click. A regular click works fine.

Re: weird link behavior
Thanks for the info, and I have replicated the problem. An internal link opened in a new tab went (incorrectly) to the bottom of the page, but only in the Brave browser, not in Opera, Chrome, or Firefox.
The fun part: Brave badgered me to install the new version, and when I did, the problem went away.
It's a good day.

Re: weird link behavior
The Brave update fixed if for me too.
On another note, the web page would look better with smaller columns. Right now some paragraphs fill the whole width of the page, which gives a daunting "wall of text" effect. That's why newspapers use narrow columns.

Sigh. You're right, the text should be organized into narrow columns. I didn't see it until you point it out, but now it's obvious.

Fixed. The column widths are all reduced, and it looks much better. Thanks for pointing out the problem.
